35.08 time and only .5 of the distance was walking. Hooray! I think I need to start eating more if I am going to be burning so many calories. Since my sister shared what she ate one day, I'm going to also (but not for the same reason probably). Breakfast 16 oz vanilla latte, bowl of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal w/ almond milk Lunch/Snack: 1/2 whole wheat chocolate chip cookie, Steez Peach iced tea, 3/4 of a peanut butter and blood orange jam sandwich (Honey Wheat Bread.. all natural), weight gainer/protein shake with almond milk, two pieces of peppermint chocolate That's it for right now.. I haven't had dinner yet. I ran right when I got home, took a shower, and now I'm typing this. I'm not sure what I'm having for dinner.. but I have 1 beer that I'll probably drink (Bud Light.. leftover from the Superbowl) and at least 1 Kashi chocolate chip cookie. I'm a sucker for good cookies and chocolate. |
